**Job Description**:
**Job Responsibilities Include**:
+ Perform design of Plumbing, Fire Protection and HVAC systems
+ Perform Energy and HVAC calculations and analysis using industry programs (i.e. EE4, eQuest, Carrier HAP)
+ Ability to use and create excel spreadsheets to assist with calculations and analyses
+ Assist with the design and drafting of mechanical systems in 2D AutoCAD and MicroStation; training will be provided as required for CAD and Engineering programs
+ Assist with the design and drafting of mechanical systems in 3D REVIT; training will be provided as required
+ Preparing written reports and deliver results in a clear manner to technical or non-technical persons
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
+ Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
+ Registration as an EIT
**Preferred Qualifications**:
+ Knowledge of REVIT, AutoCAD and/or MicroStation considered a strong asset
+ Strong communication skills, spoken and written
+ Able to work independently or as part of a team
