Hibon of Ingersoll Rand is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Controller to join our team. As the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for Reporting promptly and accurately the financial results of company. Your primary focus will be to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting while providing strategic guidance to optimize financial performance.

**Site location**:Pointe-Claire, Québec.

This position is a hybrid role, it offers work on site, as well as work from home.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards, as well as with IR FICAP rules.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage divisional budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making processes.

3. Cost Management: Monitor and analyze manufacturing and service costs, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

4. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliation, and control processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

5. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

6. ERP System Management: Utilize Oracle R12 ERP system for financial transactions, reporting, and analysis. Previous experience with Oracle R12 is a strong asset.

7. Strategic Planning: Partner with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth and profitability for the division.

8. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights to support decision-making.

9. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of accountants, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

10. Ad hoc decision support - financial analysis

11. Analyze variances (and determine root cause) in financial statements. Implement corrective actions with help from other department managers and support from Site Manager

12. Initiate procedures to collect aging receivable, and follow-up

13. Prepare business cases for new investments

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Oracle R12 ERP system is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Bilingual in French and English (strongly preferred)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the industrial equipment sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Hibon d'Ingersoll Rand est à la recherche d'un(e) Contrôleur(euse) financier hautement qualifié(e) et expérimenté(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe. En tant que contrôleur financier, vous serez responsable de la communication rapide et précise des résultats financiers de l'entreprise. Votre objectif principal sera d'assurer l'exactitude, l'intégrité et la rapidité de l'information financière tout en fournissant des conseils stratégiques pour optimiser la performance financière.

**Principales responsabilités**:
1. Rapports financiers : Préparer et analyser les états financiers, y compris les bilans, les comptes de résultat et les états des flux de trésorerie, en veillant à la conformité aux normes PCGR, ainsi qu'aux règles FICAP IR.

2. Budgétisation et prévisions : Élaborer et gérer les budgets et les prévisions de la division, en fournissant des informations et des recommandations à la haute direction pour appuyer les processus décisionnels.

3. Gestion des coûts : Surveillez et analysez les coûts de fabrication et de service, en identifiant les possibilités d'optimisation des coûts et d'amélioration de l'efficacité.

4. Gestion des stocks : Superviser les processus d'évaluation, de rapprochement et de contrôle des stocks, en veillant à l'exactitude et à la conformité aux politiques de l'entreprise.

5. Contrôles internes : Établir et maintenir des procédures de contrôle interne efficaces pour protéger les actifs de l'entreprise et assurer la conformité aux exigences réglementaires.

6. Gestion du système ERP : Utilisez le système ERP Oracle R12 pour les transactions financières, les rapports et l'analyse. Une expérience antérieure avec Oracle R12 est un atout
