Plumbing Apprentice

As a plumbing apprentice, your duties will include assisting supervising Journeyman Plumbers with the following:

- Assembling and installing pipes, valves, and fittings;
- Maintenance of existing plumbing systems;
- Testing installed piping systems for leaks and ensuring they meet safety standards;
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications;
- Measuring, cutting, threading, and bending pipes using hand and power tools;
- Collaborating with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on time;
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Other tasks (as needed).

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of plumbing experience;
- Strong knowledge of piping systems and materials;
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Valid driver’s license.

**Summary**

As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will be integral to our team. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems. Core skills such as proficiency with hand and power tools, along with a solid understanding of plumbing techniques, are essential. Additionally, your communication skills and ability to read blueprints will enhance your effectiveness in this role. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Plumbing: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (required)
- Journeyman Plumber certification (preferred)
