Northplex Ltd. is a modular home company that builds and sells **solid **homes in Western Canada. Our stylish modular homes are built in a 165,000 square foot climate-controlled facility in Barrhead, Alberta.

**Job Summary**

Northplex Ltd. is currently seeking a Full Time **Siding Installer** located in Barrhead, AB. This position is accountable for the installation of the exterior prefabricated siding for the Northplex modular homes.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications for proper installation
- Measure and cut all chosen siding pieces with accuracy
- Work within the larger team to create a safe, clean, and efficient workplace
- Follows procedures accurately and carefully to ensure work is completed to the highest standards possible
- Responsible for the use and care/maintenance of company tools, and equipment
- Performs other related duties as required

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Siding experience is an asset
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Attention to detail
- Perform duties in an organized and productive manner in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment and processes
- A willingness and ability to perform different tasks on a repetitive basis in a structured environment
- Knowledge and use of basic hand and power tools
- Proven ability to work in a safe manner and follow safety procedures
