**Position Title: IT Business Analyst**

**Location: Regina, SK (Onsite)**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support various projects: changes to business systems/processes, IT/infrastructure etc.
- Help Business users understand the business process.
- Document Use Cases based on Business Process and Workflow Models.
- Elicit, document, manage and communicate functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Verify solutions meet the requirements and quantify the benefits and costs of each solution.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 8+ years BA experience eliciting, developing, documenting, and managing current and future state requirements, business process models, use cases, and business rules throughout the lifecycle of project.
- Education: Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA). (mandatory)
- Experience participating and facilitating business process model discovery and planning workshops and requirements gathering sessions to elicit business and technical requirements with an emphasis of understanding the business priorities.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences to various levels within an organization.
- Experience preparing project documents including, but not limited to, testing plans, and use cases and user stories based on business processes.
- Experience analyzing complex problems, situations, practices or procedures.
- Experience analyzing business requirements and translating into business rules.
- Experience working with large, complex and integrated project teams, and demonstrated ability to gather consensus amongst stakeholders in challenging situations.
- Training and experience with Azure DevOps are considered an asset.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
- Must be able to work in Regina, SK (onsite).
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $68,425.00-$71,646.00 per year
