Wildwood Transport is a family-owned open-deck transportation company that has been in business for over 30 years.

**What's the role**...

We are actively seeking an INSIDE SALES REP committed to exceeding our customer growth goals. They will be a committed performer who excels at finding, connecting with, and persuading buyers to give us a chance to prove why we are different. They will be a key, high profile member of the organization working closely with our operations/pricing team.

The Inside Sales rep is primarily responsible for growing our customer base. They are a key component of our sales team and critical to drive growth in our business. The person in this role will have an exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with people, are gifted communicators, and are highly influential. The job is to make cold calls and convince people to change their current open deck transportation provider. This is not easy and ultimately requires someone to be persistent yet respectful and extremely driven to do what it takes to exceed the growth targets we have for our business.

**What you'll be doing**...

The person in this role will be responsible for:

- New customer introductions
- Closing new business
- Maximizing existing customers
- Maintaining a Customer Relationship Management system

**What you'll bring to the table**...
- General understanding of how business works to facilitate our consultative sales approach
- Working knowledge and understanding of basic supply chain concepts
- Basic professional office protocol & habits

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
