- Intelcom is committed to continuously improving and optimizing its services to its employees, partners, and customers. Reporting to the Optimization team lead, the Route Planner will be responsible for processing delivery data and optimizing routes for several stations using different software.- Efficiently plan the routes of delivery drivers with the route planning and optimization software;-
- Ensure that routes meet defined criteria and adjust if necessary;-
- Communicate promptly with the team lead on technical problems or other situations that could cause delays in the optimization schedule;-
- Monitor truck departures according to the station's schedule and report delays or other problems to the team lead;-
- Ensure the accuracy of data before, during, and after processing according to the respective protocols;-
- Perform data cleaning and geolocation of addresses in error status according to the procedure in place;-
- Attend daily team meetings and participate in the improvement of the department by pointing out the stakes and difficulties of the optimizations;-
- Work in collaboration with team members and provide support when necessary;-
- Perform all other responsibilities and related duties as assigned by his immediate supervisor.**Qualifications**:
- 1-year experience in a data entry role or similar position;-
- Bilingual, French and English;-
- Must be diligent and punctual;-
- Able to work under pressure, independently and efficiently;-
- Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail;-
- Team player, able to connect with people and work in close collaboration with colleagues;-
- Ability to navigate in a changing and fast-growing environment;-
- Experience in the field of transportation and logistics is an asset.-
- Knowledge of geocoding is an asset;**Benefits**:
