Our plant in Etobicoke, _**Supreme Egg Products**_, is looking for a **Pasteurizer Operator.**

**Your role will be**:
Under the Supervisor of production, the person assigned to the Operator position can start and maintain the equipment used in production.
- Plan production regarding available lots and orders to be made
- Carry out and complete the various forms used to establish the batch classification result, to collect information for HACCP and to inform the mechanics of an anomaly or a breakage in the equipment
- Monitor packaging and ensure compliance of packaged products as well as identification and expired codes
- Supply the production with the required packaging
- Respond to the various alarm signals from the production according to their priority
- Other related tasks
- Hold a high school diploma
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Have a minimum of one (1) year of food processing experience
- Leadership
- Sense of initiative
- Autonomous
- Sense of organization
