Nous embauchons un associé ou une associée de magasin pour notre magasin

Associé/associée de magasin, responsabilités clés:

- Assurer un haut niveau de service à la clientèle;
- Faire le suivi des articles populaires, appliquer des démarques et apporter des changements aux articles, au besoin;
- Maintenir les normes concernant les planogrammes, les étiquettes et l’affichage;
- Effectuer des comptes cycliques, au besoin.

Associé/associée de magasin, exigences du poste:

- Solides compétences en service à la clientèle;
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe;
- Capacité de s’acquitter de diverses tâches dans un environnement dynamique;
- Souci du détail.

Associé/associée de magasin, horaire de travail:
Un horaire typique à temps plein comprend des quarts de jour, deux quarts de soir par semaine et l’alternance de fins de semaine, pour un total de 40 heures par semaine. Un horaire typique à temps partiel comprend un mélange de quarts de jour, de soir et de fin de semaine, jusqu’à concurrence de 24 heures par semaine.

Associé/associée de magasin, exigences physiques du poste:
Les exigences physiques décrites ici sont représentatives de celles que les employés doivent remplir pour accomplir les fonctions essentielles de ce poste. Des mesures d’adaptation raisonnables peuvent être prises pour permettre aux personnes avec un handicap d’exécuter les fonctions essentielles du poste.

Dans l’exercice de vos fonctions, vous pouvez vous attendre à:

- Vous tenir debout et marcher.
- Vous pencher, vous tourner et vous accroupir.
- Soulever ou déplacer des objets pesant jusqu’à 18 kg (40 lb).
- Effectuer des tâches exigeant une prise ferme.
- Effectuer des tâches répétitives nécessitant une série de mouvements des mains.
- Tendre les bras au-dessus de la hauteur des épaules et au-dessous du niveau de la taille.
- Utiliser de l’équipement, y compris une échelle.
