Heidelberg Materials is seeking a responsible, safe, and dependable **Aggregate Dispatcher** to join our local team. The Aggregate Dispatcher is responsible for accurate, timely, and cost-effective dispatching of deliveries throughout Saskatoon, order processing and customer service/support, along with identifying customers who present potential growth opportunities.

**What You'll Get To Do**
- Receiving and processing aggregate delivery orders and payments
- Liaising with trucking contractors for efficient scheduling of aggregate orders and to ensure on-time delivery
- Generate scale tickets for loaded vehicles in accordance with established policy
- Enter Purchase Orders, addresses, vehicle, customer, and other required information accurately
- Prepare end of day reports, pre-authorize credit cards and balance debit/credit purchases
- Notify customers coming into the yard of safety hazards or yard policies where applicable
- Communicate general product descriptions, availability, and location to customers upon request
- Liaise with management when necessary regarding any Yard, Inventory or Customer concerns
- Answer phones and offer assistance to drop-in customers
- Other duties as assigned

**What We Are Looking For**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 yr. degree preferred
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Solid organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and flexibility to adapt to changing business situations
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work extended hours and irregular schedules
- Ability to sit for long periods of time, stand and lift boxes occasionally
