Key Responsibilities:
**Perform sorting, selection, analysis and categorization of sampled material**.
- Adhere to safety requirements. Report safety and operations concerns to Supervisor.
- Thoroughly verify that material is suitable for recycling.
- Identifies items that do not meet category specification, communicates findings to the Supervisor or to the Manager and separates.
- Take pictures of noncompliant material to create an objective evidence for reporting to a Collector.
- Record sample and sorting related data into an Audit Form.
- Assist in educating the public on recycling.
- Assist in training of new Recycling Quality Controllers.
- Ensure that working areas and equipment are kept clean and in proper condition.
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to work as a member of a team and with mínimal supervision.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- English language (speaking and writing), to ensure clear communication with team members and proper data recording.
- Strong attention to details.
- Ability to accurately record data.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods of time and lifting approx. 50 pounds.
- Driver’s License and Vehicle Required, (Class 5) to transport other auditors
- Ability to pass a criminal record check dealing with vulnerable people

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the road
