Job Summary:
We are currently seeking Sales Associates to fill full-time and part-time positions. Sales associates will be required to greet customers and assist them with their purchase, in a friendly and courteous manner. Willingness to participate in continuous learning with respect to PANDORA Jewellery as required.

Additional Notes:

- A clean criminal record check must be provided prior to start date of all succesful applicants
- Secondary School Diploma is required
- Open availability, including Fall and Winter season

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to PANDORA customers
- Process customer transactions
- Responsible to acquire knowledge of PANDORA products and materials

**Qualifications and Skills**

Qualifications:

- Completion of Secondary School Diploma
- Must be professional, personable, self-motivated and flexible
- Knowledge of PANDORA Jewellery products, lines, and collections is an asset
- Ability to follow PANDORA specified guidelines, rules, policies and dress code without exception
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to carry out varied responsibilities, have optimal organization and prioritization skills.
- Must be available all shifts: weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Minimum 2 years Customer service and/or retail experience is REQUIRED.
- Flexible schedule and open availability (INCLUDING HOLIDAYS)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 8-20 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Day range:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
