Our busy multi-doctor optometry clinic in Brampton is growing and looking for an exceptional, self-motivated optometric assistant with strong people skills to join our team. We strive to provide exceptional quality care to our patients and are looking for team members with positive, friendly attitudes and work ethics.

This opportunity will be a flexible position with some time spent with our optical team and the remainder of the time with our front desk/pretesting team.
- Greet and help patients in a friendly, empathetic and professional manner
- Work with our opticians to assist in frame selections, eyewear and contact lens ordering, invoicing and inventory
- Assist our front desk team with patient scheduling, recalls, database entry, telephone triage, file preparation and file scanning
- Perform pretesting, retinal imaging and visual field testing for our doctors
- Help tidy and maintain office hygiene as required

Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday including 2 evenings--Tuesdays and Wednesday to 8 pm

Required Experience: minimum of 2 years in a medical office setting

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
