**The Automotive Dismantler is responsible for properly removing all high quality auto parts and usable core parts in a safe, efficient and proper manner.**

**Duties (to include but not limited to)**
- **Must own and maintain the tools necessary to dismantle vehicles**:

- Dismantle vehicles within the suggested time constraints in a safety conscious manner
- Cutting vehicles with saws and torches
- Label, tag and stock parts to be placed into inventory
- Test mechanical components and check the quality and product type of the parts

**Knowledge/Skills Required**
- Must have a basic understanding of the function of each part of the vehicle
- Must use hand tools, air tools and torches
- Physical strength and stamina. Sits, stand, bend and move intermittently. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Work with hydraulic oils, motor oils, antifreeze, and diesel fuels

**Requirements**:

- **Tools to dismantle vehicles/CSA approved workboots**:

- Must be able to read spreadsheet for required parts to be pulled
- Experience and knowledge of automobiles and parts is preferred
- Must be motivated, posses the be ability to multi task and make good decision
- Must be able to work independently and with accuracy
- Dependable with excellent attendance history

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
