We have an immediate need for a part-time, **Service Porter** to join our Service Department. The Service Porter is expected to acknowledge customers in a friendly and professional manner, provide exceptional customer service and move/park vehicles in designated locations on the service lot. This role reports to the Customer Experience Manager. The successful incumbent must be available to work Monday - Friday 7:30am-12:30pm. Hours could change depending on customer demand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming Service department customers when they arrive in the Drive Thru with an upbeat, positive attitude.
- Confirm customer's name, contact information, VIN, and kms of vehicle
- Protecting the interior of the vehicle (ie: wrapping steering wheel, placing paper floor mats in the vehicle)
- Relocate customer vehicles from the Drive Thru to prevent congestion
- Ensure that all parking spaces in the service parking lot are being utilized
- Ensure that Drive Thru is kept tidy and organized by performing general housekeeping
- Use onsite car wash and vacuum customer vehicle, as needed
- Keep dealership loaner vehicles tidy and fueled
- Assist the department in a variety of tasks to ensure a positive customer experience

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Ontario Driver's License
- Clean Driver's Abstract
