Bakers Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and ensure that all products meet quality and consistency standards
- Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests
- Package finished products for display or sale
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a bakery or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with baking techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

**Skills**:

- Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Customer service: Ability to provide friendly and helpful service to customers
- Restaurant: Understanding of restaurant operations and ability to work in a kitchen environment
- Food preparation: Proficiency in preparing ingredients, measuring designsquantities, and following recipes
- Food industry: Familiarity with the workings of the food industry, including health regulations and quality standards
- Kitchen: Ability to work efficiently in a kitchen setting, including operating equipment and maintaining cleanliness
