**What will you do?**
- Process accounting for the Segregated Funds line of business, includes partnering with external vendors and other business units, preparation of Investment Management Fee Statements for fund companies, and support for the Corporate Taxation submissions
- Supporting the Senior Financial Analyst with Sun Life Financial Trust Inc. deliverables including regulatory (OSFI & CDIC), account reconciliations, journal entries and regular daily tasks
- Assisting with Lease Reserve client statements and associated accounting
- Prepare journal entries and support account reconciliations
- Provide on-going support to our team's control environment

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Post-secondary degree in Accounting or Finance
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage own work to effectively meet tight deadlines
- Experience working with large data sets focusing on summarizing, extracting and reconciling data
- Strong MS Excel skills

**Assets**:

- Previous work experience in the insurance and/or financial services/banking industry
- Experience using SAP and AFO
