Maintenance Carpenter/handyman

There is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced professional to join our team in South Surrey as a Maintenance Carpenter. This role will be responsible for working on multiple maintenance/service projects ranging from interior to exterior, contacting clients to schedule projects, and ensuring the highest standards are met for the client.
- 5+ years of experience working as a carpenter/ handyman
- Experience working in a team setting
- Experience in home renovations: kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, drywall etc.
- Emphasis on drywall and drywall finishing and tile.
- Experience working on exteriors an asset.
- Must have the means to travel to and from various sites as required. A company vehicle or compensation will be discussed.
- Confident in all facets of carpentry and basic handyman skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Problem solving
- Capable of handling multiple service projects
- Basic carpentry tools

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
