**Duties - Union**
- Active user of the Asset Management System.
- Supports departmental preventative maintenance programs.
- Conducts building condition assessments and commissions 3rd party technical assessments where required.
- Project development and coordination in consultation with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinates the development of drawings, specifications, tender documents, and contracts for external work.
- Oversees the works of vendors, consultants, and contractors; managing scope, schedule, and budget.
- Research building best practices, problem solving building related issues, prepares technical reports, generates cost estimates, and prepares as-builts (AutoCAD).
- Coordinates building furnishings and equipment installations and renewals.
- Maintains building documentation library of drawing files, specifications, construction documents, and O&M manuals.
