The Opportunity:
You know how to answer the phone. Of course you do. We all do. But are you capable of making a good living at it? We'll be betting a multimillion-dollar ad budget on your personality, your attitude, and your focused attention as you answer the questions and soothe the hesitations of customers who call us.

The people who call you will be mostly sold already. That's why they called. They are already convinced that we might be the people they need to make their problems go away. We're going to train you so that you can make them glad they dialed our number.

You'll work remotely and only 4 days a week, but it's a full-time job. You get 3 days off every week

OR

You'll work remotely 5 days a week, with 2 days off. Guarunteed 1 weekend day

Woo-hoo And you won't have to make outbound sales calls. Just be the ray of sunshine that answers their questions, gives them assurances, and makes them happy they dialed our number.

You'll know they are happy - and we'll know it, too - when they hire us.

A Day in the Life:

- Hiring Immediately for our Aug 25th Training Class
- Full-Time. Work 4 days on & 3 days off every week - OR - Work 5 days on & 2 days off
- Availability for 5 shifts at 8.5 hours, start time between: 8 AM - 10 AM EST, or 12 PM - 2 PM EST Days off: FRI/SAT or SAT/SUN or SUN/MON
- Or Availability for 4 shifts at 10.5 hours, start time between: 9 AM - 11 AM EST, Days off: WED/THU/FRI
- Earn $17.05/hour + monthly sales bonus (guaranteed minimum bonus of $200 for your first month)

- Work from the comfort of your own home with a 0-minute commute

**About the role**:

- Answer incoming calls and provide a world class experience for our customers
- You receive inbound calls only - there are no outbound cold calls in this role
- Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger

**Training**:

- All new agents must be available to start on Friday, Aug 25th.
- You receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training so you are set up for success
- After the 3 weeks, each agent joins a team with a Team Lead who will support you, and help you learn and grow.

What You Bring to the Table:

- You are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, or NS
- Availability to start on Aug 25th, and attend 3 weeks of remote paid training Mon-Fri from 8:00 am-4:30 pm MST.
- Following training, availability to work, 5 shifts at 8.5 hours, start time between: 8 AM - 10 AM EST, or 12 PM - 2 PM EST Days off: FRI/SAT or SAT/SUN or SUN/MON
- Or Availability for 4 shifts at 10.5 hours, start time between: 9 AM - 11 AM EST, Days off: WED/THU/FRI
- A very friendly telephone mannerism and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
- A quiet space at home, quick & reliable internet connection, and good personal computer with min 8GB memory
- Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus
