**Responsibilities**:

- Program, Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments for each job
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products using bore gauges, coordinate measuring machines, and other precision measuring instruments
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve overall productivity

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines and programming Heidenhain controls
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques, tooling, and materials
- Familiarity with Hypermill is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate power tools and forklifts safely
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
