**Responsibilities**:

- Install drywall and perform necessary repairs to ensure a smooth and even surface for painting.
- Match colors and textures to achieve seamless blending with existing surfaces.
- Protect furniture, floors, and surrounding areas from paint and dust during the installation and painting process.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in drywall installation and painting in residential and/or commercial settings.
- Proficiency in surface preparation, painting, and finishing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce flawless results.
- Solid understanding of color theory and ability to match colors accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions.
- Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to industry best practices.

Other:

- Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license.
