Body Shop Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Collision professional to lead our team of Collision Repair Technicians.

You will work as a department co-manager with our Body Shop Office Manager who is responsible for front office operations. Our volume has become so high we need two managers who work together in the front office, and back shop to ensure smooth workflow.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanics and technicians
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members
- Inspect vehicles to identify issues and ensure quality repairs
- Perform repair plans and order parts through the parts department
- Conduct regular maintenance on equipment and tools
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs and estimated completion times

**Skills**:

- Mechanical knowledge, particularly in automotive repair
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Experience working as a bodyman, preferably in a body shop setting setting

Compensation:
You will be compensated with a base salary of $80,000 per year, plus bonus based on the success of the department.
