Searching for 2 positions requiring an individuals with 2-5 years in rough carpentry framing and 5-9 years that can lead a crew of 3 workers and that pose these great qualities and skills to help us grow and continue in our success for years to come. - great leadership skills - read and interpret blueprints - highly motivated - must have an eye for quality - attention to detail - must have some leadership skills - good communication and organizational skills - must have a strong work ethic - all safety certifications (working at heights is a must) -own vehicle and class G/G2 license - honesty and integrity Day to day tasks would include: - squaring and sheeting walls - levelling walls - laying out walls per architectural drawings - marking out for floor joists - raising and spreading roof trusses - framing roof - sheeting roof If you feel that you have the skills and qualities To help our team please send in your resume and we will set up a one on one meeting to review and assess your qualifications. **Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using a ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.
- Shape or cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
- Assemble and fasten materials to make framework or props using nails, screws, staples, or adhesives.
- Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$42.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newmarket, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- rough carpentry: 3 years (required)
