Responsabilités
- Établir les résultats financiers consolidés mensuels et aura la charge de la complétion des documents présentés à la haute direction ;
- Mettre en place la ligne directrice dans la distribution des résultats aux différentes équipes de la comptabilité tout en s’assurant l’exhaustivité de ces derniers. Il contribuera à la rédaction des rapports financiers mensuels et fera la coordination des besoins et des explications auprès de ses pairs;
- Consolider les analyses financières et consigner les explications relatives aux variances (budget et mois précédents);
- Rédiger et mettre en place les politiques afférentes aux normes IFRS tout en participant activement au support et à la formation de ses collègues affectés par ce changement;
- Participer activement à la réalisation de projets divers dans le département des Finances dont la mise en place, la validation et le maintien de rapports financiers nécessaires au déroulement des activités financières du service;
- Assister et coordonner avec ses collègues la préparation des documents annuels de vérification externe;
- Participer à des projets spéciaux et répondre aux demandes ponctuelles de l'équipe de direction;
- Travailler conjointement avec les équipes d’exploitation afin de supporter et répondre aux besoins d’affaires de ces dernières;
- Analyser et interpréter les données opérationnelles et comptables afin d'expliquer les variations et les tendances par rapport aux périodes, budgets et prévisions précédents;

Les qualifications recherchées
- Détenir un titre CPA ainsi que de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité publique ou avoir travailler en cabinet comptable (un atout);
- Débrouillardise;
- Capacité de communiquer et de démontrer des enjeux comptables tout en étant capable de démontrer et supporter ses conclusions ;
- Maîtrise des deux langues officielles tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
- Très forte capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement en forte croissance ;
- Excellentes habilités en excel et solide capacité d’adaptation avec les systèmes financiers (connaissance de Navision est un atout) ;
- Sens analytique et rigueur ;
- Esprit d’équipe et souci de la collaboration ;
- Faire preuve de flexibilité, collaboration et d’initiative.
