**Patient Experience Coordinator**
- **With a potential of leading to a full-time Patient Experience Manager position**_
- **Hours: Mondays to Fridays 8:30 am to 4:30 pm**_

We are looking for someone with strong customer service and excellent communication skills who is a team player with a positive, caring attitude. The successful applicant will be responsible for the first impression of our clinic and will truly be an essential part of our success.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Customer Service/Support - Being the first point of contact for our patients
- Calling and scheduling patients
- Ensuring that patients/practitioners are kept updated of changes in scheduled appointments
- Processing patient billings
- Balancing End of Day transactions
- Processing 3rd party insurance claims
- Maintaining patient files/records
- Answering multi-line telephone system
- General clinic and treatment room maintenance (includes laundry - washing, drying, and folding sheets)
- Knowledge of JaneApp is an asset but not a requirement

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of general administrative and clerical duties
- Able to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Ability to work well independently as well within a supportive team-oriented environment
- Proficient in computer software (Word/Excel) with a minimum of 40 wpm
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, both written and oral
- Proficient with social media

**Experience**:

- Call Centre/Sales Experience (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School Diploma

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
