We have an immediate opening for a Contract (6-12 months) Technician, Avionics for the Production Department—Langley. This position will be based out of the Langley facility and will report to the Manager, Production.

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Maintenance & installation of avionics and electrical systems fitted to aircraft
- Ensuring all applicable AD’s, SB’s, modifications, SL’s, etc. are complied with
- Recording work on Company build sheets or applicable forms
- Following established maintenance techniques and adhering to standards
- Placing complete parts orders for projects
- Submitting product status reports
- Other duties as assigned

**Applicable qualifications, attributes and competencies are**:

- Minimum four (4) years experience with maintenance and installation of avionics and related electrical systems
- Formal, recognized training (BCIT or equivalent)
- A current AME “E” license
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Familiarity with current aviation regulations and standards
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and knowledge of aircraft avionics systems
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Must be able to travel and work overtime as needed
