We are always looking for

- Reporting to: Scott Morton, CEO & Founder, Staff Manager_

**Responsibilities, Duties, & Expectations**:

- High school diploma/GED preferred;
- 2+ years’ residential or commercial painting experience _(not required, but is an asset)_;
- Excellent communication and team-building skills;
- Ability to work cooperatively with other construction professionals, such as carpenters, electricians and plumbers;
- Protecting all nearby furnishings and building materials before and during every painting job, including carpets, cabinetry, outlet covers, lighting fixtures and landscaping;
- Collaborating with other team members on larger jobs; and
- Practicing self-supervision on small jobs to ensure you complete each project in an efficient, timely manner.

**Skills & Tasks will include**:

- Cutting, rolling, taping, prep work, etc;
- General cleaning and work site maintenance;
- Comfortable using ladders; and
- Comfortable with heights/roof work.
