**Position Title**:Warehouse MH - Shipping (12-month assignment)**
**Department**: 650 **Shift**: Sunday to Thursday 2300 hrs. - 0700 hrs.
We are currently looking for a Warehouse MH - Shipping to work a full-time (12-Month Contract) position on our midnight shift at our Alliston facility.
**Description of Duties**:
- Load trailers for outbound shipments and create shipping documents as required.
- Ensure Pallet License Plates are affixed to each pallet.
- Check and verify quantities and descriptions for each load to ensure accuracy.
- Complete required tasks in GME & JDE.
- Update Shipping board daily.
- Receiving duties as required. Cardboard, Bottles and courier packages.
- Support EMS implementation which includes maintaining the department in 6S condition and participating in the I-care program.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Level 1 counterbalance/reach Forklift license for material handling is preferred.
- Demonstrated good attendance in present position.
- Demonstrated good performance & good quality in present position.
- Utilize Baxter’s Shared Commitments.
- Ability to complete required tasks on the following computer systems: JDE, Barcode scanning.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required.
- Proven ability to be proactive and self-motivated on the job.
- Must be able to be independent and complete job with mínimal supervision.
