Chiropractic Receptionist/Assistant - Join Our Friendly Team

We are a busy chiropractic office in Squamish seeking a part-time Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant to join our friendly and upbeat team
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients warmly and professionally
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Collect payments and handle billing tasks (experience with JANE clinic software a plus)
- Assist Dr. Heather with administrative duties and minor clinical tasks (e.g., spinal scans)
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Open and close the office following checklists and procedures
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Be a problem-solver and demonstrate initiative
- Provide excellent customer service and handle busy periods with a positive attitude
**We are looking for someone who**:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong multi-tasker
- Has a genuine interest in health and wellness (experience in a chiropractic office a plus)
- Lives in or near Squamish and is available for **evenings/split shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays with occasional day-time Saturday shifts**
