**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level technical support for network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Assist with basic cloud platform support for Microsoft Azure and Google Workspace.
- Troubleshoot common issues related to the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
- Provide basic support for virtualization environments, including VMware and Hyper-V.
- Assist with troubleshooting for Windows Server environment issues (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS).
- Utilize PowerShell scripting for basic automation and support tasks.
- Utilize the RMM platform for remote monitoring and management of endpoints.
- Monitor and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
- Document solutions and procedures for knowledge base articles.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities on our PSA platform.

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of technical support experience on an IT Team or MSP.

IT Industry certifications are a desirable asset. ITIL, Microsoft, Network Administration Certifications.
- Basic understanding of network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, etc.).
- Familiarity with Fortinet and SonicWall firewalls, Meraki switches, and wireless access points.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Google Workspace administration.
- Some experience with Microsoft 365 support (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
- Familiarity with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization technologies.
- Basic understanding of Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS).
- Basic proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and support tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanour.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $15.77-$27.00 per hour
