**Location**: KRATES MARINA

**Overview**:
Join our team as a Janitor and play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our facility. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the premises, performing facilities maintenance tasks, and upholding high standards of commercial cleaning.

**Duties**:

- Clean and sanitize designated areas such as restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are in good working condition
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to meet hygiene standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel

**Skills**:

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in various areas
- Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
- Proficiency in commercial cleaning techniques
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Strong work ethic and reliability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (required)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
