Reptilia London is looking to part time retail associates and weekend hours

**Role Objective**

Treat everyone that comes in the door as you would like to be treated. Give Magical Moments every chance you get. Practice your smile, demeanor, your telephone and face-to-face manners to become the best at greeting and helping our Guests. Provide good information, help whenever you can and work at building personal relationships with your Guests.

**Perfect as a first job**

**Ideal Experience**
- Has a working knowledge of reptiles
- Had a previous position dealing with the public face to face
- Is skilled in working with both adults and kids and really enjoys the interaction
- Has operated under pressure and enjoys the challenge
- Held a position which required follow up skills with a low error rate
- Is a 'Natural' sales person and has promoted previous companies' products
- Has done or can do end of day procedures and deposits accurately
- Has a demonstrated ability to manage time and multitask
- Has had previous retail experience

**Critical Competencies for Success**
- Has worked in retail in previous positions and enjoys dealing with our retail Guests
- Has a working and knowledge of reptiles
- Knows and follows sales techniques for retail
- Strongly extroverted personality - lively, animated, fun-loving, able to relate to kids and their parents
- Has demonstrated ability to multitask
- Excellent at follow up with Staff and Guests alike
- Punctual and reliable
- Has the ability to lifting and carrying 50 lbs
- Has a clear record with the police and has passed a police and vulnerable sector check
- Follows the safety guidelines and all company guidelines respecting our reptiles
- Is able to work when required - no vacations or time off during Black-Outs
- Is a 'People' person who thoroughly enjoys working with our Guests and Cast
- Is anxious to promote the company, talk with our Guests and always gives out our materials

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
