Job Title: Construction Project Manager/Site Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage various subcontractors to ensure efficient progress and quality outcomes across multiple job sites simultaneously.
- Coordinate schedules for trades and subcontractors to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.
- Proactively order materials and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely availability at job sites.
- Implement and enforce strict site safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among project stakeholders, including subcontractors, clients, and other team members.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Windows proficiently to manage project correspondence and documentation.
- Regularly monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and work with upper management to enact corrective measures.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of project planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout the duration of each project.
- Maintain a clean driving record and uphold reliability, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
- Exhibit punctuality and flexibility in scheduling to accommodate project needs.

Requirements/Key Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Windows.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple job sites concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with subcontractors, clients, and team members.
- Thorough understanding of safety requirements and regulations in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Full G drivers' license, as well as a clean driving record and willingness to travel between job sites as needed.
- Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated with a commitment to achieving project objectives.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and adapt to changing project demands.

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 3 years (preferred)
