**Position**: Carpet Cleaning Technician

As a Carpet Cleaning Technician at AmSteam, you will play a key role in assisting with the regular carpet cleaning needs of our clients. You will be responsible for using state of the art truck mounted and portable (in the case of high rise buildings) steam cleaning equipment to carefully and thoroughly clean carpets, upholstery, and furniture. Your role will also involve building and maintaining positive relationships with homeowners, renters, property managers, and other team members. Must have 3 years of carpet cleaning experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean carpets and other materials using steam cleaning technology and equipment
- Safely move furniture when needed
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for an average of five days each month
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
- Ability to work independently
- Professional communication skills and stellar organization and documentation abilities
- Commitment to creating and working in a clean, safe environment
- Valid driver's license and clean criminal record
