Daily Requirements:

- In Sales, hours will fluctuate greatly as we cater to our clientele’s schedules, which can include late afternoons, evenings and weekends.

There may be the requirement to work an occasional Saturday and/or Sunday or evenings to meet with customers where they may not be available during weekday day time hours.
- Your goal and directive are to find leads, establish contact with them and build a rapport that will end with a sale.
- Your focus will be offering services to both residential and commercial clients. You will ultimately establish, develop, and retain a client base which you will provide with customized landscape design solutions.
- Increase the overall revenue of the Property Maintenance division by meeting/exceeding established sales goals
- Seeking out new leads as well as working with the leads we provide
- Closing the deal, bringing negotiations and discussions with leads to a successful close with a signed deal
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all services and stay current with market trends.
- Maintain a company-owned database of current customers, prospective customers and past customers to support the marketing and sales effort
- Embrace a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure contract changes are dealt with immediately to ensure all pricing opportunities are signed off by customer
