**Job Title: Party Host / Cafe Associate (Part Time**)**
- Interpersonal skills - interacting with guests is a huge part of a party host’s job
- Organization skills - the host must always be organized and focused to make sure the event is well coordinated
- Problem-solving skills - it’s inevitable that some time certain things won’t go as planned during an event, but smart hosts can quickly solve those issues.
- Communication skills - They need to greet the party guests; and effectively interact with guests and the party planning team.
- Multitasking - a party host needs to simultaneously assist and interact with both children and adults
- **Responsibilities**_
- Greeting and checking-in guests for birthday parties and issuing them wristbands
- Cleaning and sanitizing party rooms at the end of every party.
- Communicating with manager and event coordinator.
- Assisting parents/guardians, children, and guests for the duration of the assigned birthday party.
- Maintaining a full control of the assigned party details.
- Setting up and cleaning up assigned party room and tables.
- Serving food to guests
- Singing Happy Birthday, cutting and serving a cake to all guests.
- Ensuring all children in the party have enjoyed all attractions included in the birthday party package.
- Making announcements for the party (Pizza and cake time and end of party announcement).
- Assisting and preparing food/drinks in the café when not hosting events.
- Operating attractions like bumper cars, wall climbing..
- **Experience Required**_
- Experience in planning of small to large parties / events and / or in hospitality industry is a plus
- Experience in high traffic customer service settings
- Experience maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- **Salary Range**:_$17.2 - $18.0_
- **References required**_: Minimum One
- **Availability**:_ Weekends and Holidays
- Part Time (10 - 30 Hours per week)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
