Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting & selling folding carton/print services to new customers as well as growing & retaining business in the existing network. The sales representative is expected to effectively sell folding cartons/retail packaging and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction at all times.

**Job Description**:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Utilizing a consultative sales approach in working with customers to understand and conceptualize their packaging needs.
- Building relationships with industry decision-makers to convey the value of our organization and the broad scope of our packaging capabilities.
- Regular travel making presentations of finished packaging samples, delivering proposals, following-up on previous meetings, and actively seeking opportunities to build new relationships.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in packaging/printing/ folding carton industry.
- Self-motivated, and a self-starter.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Experience in packaging engineering and structural design is a plus.
