Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients seeking insurance coverage
- Conduct market research to identify insurance options that meet clients' needs
- Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to clients
- Assist clients with the enrollment process and benefits administration
- Maintain client records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of different insurance products and coverage options
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively explain complex information to clients
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping

Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$81,440.96 per year
