**SCOPE**
As a Corporate Trainer, you will be part of the first impression for new PiVAL employees, providing direct training & support to our growing 3PL team
Reporting to the Director of Quality Compliance and Health and Safety, the designated Corporate Trainer will deliver a best-in-class training experience to our fellow PiVAL team members. You will provide support to various departments across the organization in developing, maintaining, and facilitating training programs to ensure training requirements are met and in line with ISO Quality Management System standards, optimize performance and employee engagement.
You will analyze training requirements specific to our company’s needs and research, write, teach and/or source training courses related to identifiable needs. Additional responsibilities include supporting document management, revision control, reporting, and coordinating with People Managers.
Training will be a combination of virtual sessions, recorded self-learning videos, in-person sessions and enrollment via PiVAL's e-learning management system.
**ROLE TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
Facilitate New Hire onboarding for all new hires, coordinating with Hiring Managers
Enroll employees into appropriate core and mandatory training courses in line with assigned job functions and training matrix.
Ensure completion of all new hire tasks during onboarding
Record, track, and help drive compliance of onsite training through PiVAL's e
- Learning Management System
Support onsite process training and help drive completion compliance with People Managers
Create and send written communications related to trainings & learnings
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that everyone participates in training activities
Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions as needed to support onboarding process and continuous training requirements.
Follow-up on training and competencies with participants and/or suppliers to ensure training records and certifications are up to date and readily available.
Ensure ISO 9001 standards for competency training and employee awareness across the organization are met.
Register and follow-up on training completion status to ensure they are met within deadlines with employees across the organization.
Identify & facilitate process improvement projects to drive efficiency

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively facilitate new hire onboarding
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to influence processes while being approachable, hard-working, and enthusiastic
Demonstrated experience of viewing change as an opportunity to improve as someone who’s flexible and adaptable
Basic computer skills using Office365 and presentation tools like PowerPoint & Canva
Strong communication skills and public speaking capabilities
Assist with documented procedure creation and translation (English / French), as needed.
Experience working in a regulated environment (i.e GMP, ISO 9001) to promote best practices - An asset
Knowledgeable with the principles of ISO9001:2015 standards applicable to assigned functions and role - An asset.
Takes accountability and supports colleagues to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system.
Uses a risk-based approach to identify risks and opportunities which may affect the conformity of competency requirements.
