**Job Summary**: Silken Lum Beauty Bar is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Nail Technician to join our team. As a Nail Technician at Silken Lum, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional nail care services to our valued clients in a luxurious and welcoming environment. From manicures and pedicures to intricate nail art, you will showcase your skills while ensuring our clients leave feeling pampered and beautiful.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements in accordance with Silken Lum's standards of excellence.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate nail treatments and designs.
- Create stunning nail art and designs to complement clients' individual styles and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on nail care and recommend at-home maintenance routines and products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station, adhering to Silken Lum's sanitation protocols and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and personalized care.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to continually enhance your skills and offerings.
- Assist with booking appointments, managing client inquiries, and processing payments as needed.
- Uphold Silken Lum's commitment to creating a warm, inviting, and inclusive atmosphere for all clients.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Nail Technician in a salon or spa environment.
- Completion of a nail technician program or relevant certification/licensure.
- Proficiency in manicure, pedicure, and nail enhancement techniques.
- Creativity and skill in nail artistry, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding client expectations.
- Dedication to upholding Silken Lum's values of excellence, integrity, and inclusivity.
- Proficient English and Mandarin would be appreciated.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$31.33 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
