Cabinet Maker

Well established custom cabinetry manufacturer in Richmond Hill is looking for a cabinet maker. We specialize in custom kitchens and built-in units using various materials. Every project is unique.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
Experience in Residential and Commercial cabinet making from start to finish (Not just assembling). Flexibility to learn our specific techniques and designs in making custom cabinetry.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine cutouts and calculate material quantities.
Verify dimensions, pre-assemble,check the quality or fit of pieces to ensure adherence to specifications.
Match materials for color, grain, or texture, giving attention to features of the wood.
Maintain equipment by completing maintenance requirements; as scheduled.
Integrate all quality, safety and security policies and guidelines into all activities.
Fabricate, assemble, fit and send to finishing station.
Competent use of hand and power tools, commercial drills, cabinet saw, routers, clamps and similar tools
Able to manage multiple priorities.
Follow verbal and written instructions related to duties
