**Position Summary**
Reporting to the Academic Chair and/or Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for supporting students, faculty, and chairs as it relates to Clinical Placement, the Apprenticeship program, and to provide periodic support for Program Information Officers/Front-desk as needed between the campuses.

The role is also responsible for providing excellent customer/student service with respect to part-time and apprenticeship learning needs, providing support to the Academic Chairs, part-time Faculty and other internal and external stakeholders, in addition to portfolio administration, and support of enrolment growth through a variety of activities. The position is responsible for gathering data in support of program analysis and development, environmental analysis, and enrollment and labour market research conducted by Chairs / Managers.

To meet program customer service needs, the incumbent will be available to work evening shift and/or to provide coverage during absences as needed.

**Responsibilities**

Apprenticeship Program Administration:

- Advocating for the part time or apprenticeship learner within their respective Academic School, including course/program ideas strategic initiatives, best practices etc.
- Provides notification to students/faculty when course(s) will not run, providing alternative offerings where possible.
- Recommends to Chair / Manager, the number of courses/sections based on historical trend of enrolment management, section performance etc. to ensure maximum revenue generation.
- Provides information regarding student complaints, grade appeals and other processes in accordance with College policies and procedures, and makes appropriate referrals
- Ordering of textbooks, based on enrolment targets, go-no-go decisions and content of course outlines, in accordance with College policies and procedures under the direction of the Chair.
- Responsible for administration of refunds, services, processes, and follow up/through.
- Reviews enrolment and go-no-go data on a daily basis to determine section viability. Makes final determination whether the status of a section is a go, no go, or borderline based on pre-set parameters. Borderline statuses require further review with Chair.
- Finalizes class cancellation process by updating appropriate databases, determining if combining sections is possible and informing academic staff and students of decisions.
- Undertakes the coordination of room bookings for Part Time and apprenticeship courses/programs in collaboration with Enrolment Services and updating academic systems as needed.
- Acts as a liaison for part-time and apprenticeship learning and a resource to other department contacts.
- Collects required information and prepare accurate salary calculation and contracts for faculty. Produces faculty contracts, updating appropriate resources, tracking contract approvals.
- Prepares Program Supervisor contracts, calculating salary against an established grid, utilizing enrolment, PAC involvement, Marketing efforts and other criteria for approval.
- Provides input for the purchase of material and supplies for authorization, and tracks budgets
- Coordinates faculty access to college e-systems, informs/acts as liaison with faculty on college required training sessions, e.g. myCentennial, eCentennial, AODA, Occupational Health and Safety, etc.

Clinical Placement Support:

- This role will float between campuses in order to support the Clinical Placement Team, as needed.
