En étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires du Capital Humain des opérations, les gestionnaires de sites, médecins, avocats, syndicats, assureurs, commissions des lésions professionnelles, le.la titulaire agit à titre de spécialiste et conseiller.ère pour la gestion des dossiers des invalidités et gère les dossiers d’invalidités de ses sites.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Effectuer la gestion santé et mieux-être (gestion combinée des dossiers de lésions professionnelles et de ceux d’invalidité) pour certains sites (environ 4 sites). Communiquer et donner ses recommandations relativement au processus d’affaires de gestion d’invalidité pour la gouvernance de l’outil de gestion des absences (Abiliti)
- Conseiller sur la meilleure stratégie de gestion à adopter en lien avec notre programme « retour au travail rapide et sécuritaire».
- Coacher et supporter les techniciens santé et mieux-être et les conseillères santé et mieux-être pour la gestion d’invalidité.
- S’assurer de l’amélioration continue de la gestion d’invalidité et de la gouvernance de la politique de gestion d’invalidité (assureurs, RH, superviseurs, syndicats, impartition suivis invalidité).
- S’assurer de l’amélioration continue de la gestion d’invalidité et de la gouvernance de la politique de gestion d’invalidité (assureurs, RH, superviseurs, syndicats, impartition suivis invalidité). Ceci inclut les suivis de KPI des processus établis avec notre assureur principal et le fournisseur des services d’impartition des suivis d’invalidités ainsi que la qualité du contenu « gestion d’invalidité » pour les formations aux gestionnaires.
- Donner ses recommandations relativement au processus d’affaires de gestion d’invalidité pour la gouvernance de l’outil de gestion des absences (Abiliti) et gestion de la relation d’affaires avec le fournisseur des services d’impartition des suivis d’invalidités (contrat et qualité du service).

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- Détenir un diplôme universitaire en SST ou tout autre domaine connexe. Expérience équivalente sera considérée
- Trois à sept années d’expérience dans la gestion d’invalidités et de lésions professionnelles.
- Bonne expertise des meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion d’invalidité
- Très bonne connaissance de l’anglais parlé et écrit (collaborateurs canadiens)
- Excellente connaissance des logiciels de Microsoft Office
