Residential Concierge

Reporting to the Property Manager, the Residential Concierge creates the first and last impression of the building to residents and visitors and acts as an ambassador to both the building and the ProCura brand. This role is best suited to someone who is committed to personal excellence, exceptional customer service, and a positive community and company image.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Be a visual presence on site to ensure the health, comfort and safety of our residents
- Provide excellent customer service, by smiling, greeting, and assisting residents
- Be the first/last point of positive contact for residents, visitors, and contractors
- Deal promptly and professionally with all queries or complaints that may arise
- Schedule and complete Move-Ins/Move-Outs with residents along with elevator/loading dock bookings
- Create detailed work orders and interact daily with the maintenance team to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner
- Log/track all scheduled unit make-ready work on site, and liaise with approved contractors
- Assist with general property administration, access card programing, and amenities booking
- Ensure proper office file management including leases, property management reports, and correspondences

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Flexibility to work weekends is required
- Passionate, self-motivated, professional, and flexible; able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Professional outlook and demeanor, great organizing, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through until a resolution/result is achieved
- Detail oriented and ability to manage deadlines/timelines in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience is considedred an asset
