Labourer/shingler

Responsibilities: Driver's License is an asset - must be able to get to shop if no license daily.
- Install and repair roofs using various materials such as asphalt, wood, metal, or tiles
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Lay out roofing materials according to blueprints or specifications
- Install shingles, tiles, or other roofing materials in an overlapping pattern
- Inspect roofs for damage and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Clean and maintain work area and tools

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a shingler or in a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of building and construction principles
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills

**Salary**: $18.00-$33.39 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
