Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

- Ensure that the mise en place of the bar is done properly.
- Answer to client’s demands
- Table service
- Prepare drinks following client’s order
- Be familiar with menu items to be able to assist clients.
- Serve client following standards established by the department and brand.
- Other tasks may be added.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professionalism and self-motivation.
- Positive contributions to team spirit.
- Knowledge of and believing in team building.
- Must be able to work flexible hours with varied shifts: weekends, days, evenings, nights, holidays.
- Bilingual: French and English
