**Insider Salesperson / Parts**

As an Inside Salesperson, you have the opportunity to promote & sell Delaware Pump & Parts products & services to our existing and new customer base. You will work closely with our experienced sales team, technical support team, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing them with solutions that meet their requirements.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads, converting them into sales opportunities.
- Source parts for customers, become familiar with inventory and suppliers to call for availability.
- Collaborate with the sales team, technical support team, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that customers may have.
- May include travel within Canada & the USA to visit customers, trade shows and suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- Personable with excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers & team members.
- System savvy ability to learn the inventory program and confidence work with interruptions.
- Completion of high school diploma, with related sales experience or a post-secondary accomplishment in business, marketing or related agricultural field is an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer services, experience with the agricultural industry or related field would be a considerable asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Must be able to travel to / from the United States and within Canada.
