- Local Work - based out of Brantford, Ontario
- Work focused in Southwestern Ontario - may extend to 200 kilometers

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and guide crews on a full-time regular basis.
- Review all work orders and project documentation for thorough preparation of telecommunications infrastructure installations.
- Analyze drawings to determine installation methods, tools, and equipment needed.
- Collaborate with crew members and project management to assess equipment needs and ensure timely procurement and transport of materials.
- Brief crews on project plans and job procedure sequences.
- Conduct training sessions and provide hands-on assistance for safe and efficient work performance.
- Initiate utility locates requests for each project.
- Complete daily tailgate, safety, and risk assessment documents accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies during all work activities.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, the public, and management to promptly address and resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and drawings throughout the installation process.
- Provide support during emergencies outside regular business hours.
- Maintain vehicles assigned to crews in optimal condition and ensure compliance with CVOR requirements.
- Confirm daily timesheets for all crew members accurately and promptly.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned to achieve company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of previous Aerial Lineman experience and 2 years working with aerial devices.
- Previous experience in a leadership position is an asset.
- Ability to operate vehicle-mounted aerial device equipment.
- Ability to operate the Line Truck and climb poles with spurs or ladder.
- Possession of a valid DZ or AZ license preferred; good driver's abstract required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Organized, self-starter, and highly safety oriented.
- Capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week

**Experience**:

- telecommunication: 3 years (preferred)
- Aerial Lineman: 2 years (required)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
