We have a current opportunity for a full-time **Shotpeen Operator** to join our PCC Brampton Ontario Team. We are looking for a Team player, who takes pride in delivering quality work and providing exceptional results for our customers.

**Midnight Shift 11:30pm-8:00am**

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing and assimilating work instructions relating to racking, cleaning and masking operations.
- Perform receiving inspections (before processing) as needed and immediately report any damage or discrepancy.
- Gathers supplies such as racks, tooling, baskets, carts (etc).
- Basic masking of production parts to protect certain surfaces from shot peening operations.
- Racking and turning of production parts for shot peening operations.
- Cleaning of production parts which include degreasing or manual solvent cleaning.
- Oiling of production parts for protection.
- Adding shot media to Wheelabrator (automatic shot peen machine) and Universal (manual machine) cabinet.
- Will be exposed to chemicals/solvents and occasional fumes, wet/humid conditions, low-level lighting, and moderate noise level.
- Will at times require heavy lifting or use of mechanical hoist for the aid in lifting objects.
- Work closely with inspectors and area leadership to complete work and prioritize tasks.
- Complete documentation, counting of production parts, computer scanning, package to protect and transport, and other assigned tasks.
